GOLDEN GLOBE WINNERS: JAN 99

At the 56th Golden Globes, Cate Blanchett won the award for Best Actress (drama), for her role in Elizabeth. Shakespeare in Love and Saving Private Ryan were the big winners, taking out the awards for Best comedy/musical and Best Drama. See list of winners below:
