Conditions of Entry
1. Entries must be received by 5pm on Friday 2nd July 1999. Late entries will not be accepted.
2. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
3. Extraneous material will not be considered. Please do not send any extra materials such as photos, scripts, video tapes etc
4. Finalists will be notified by Friday 9th July 1999.
5. Submissions which are not chosen as finalists will be returned by Thursday 30th September 1999 if you have included a stamped self-addressed envelope with your entry. If no stamped self-addressed envelope is included, all unsuccessful submissions will be shredded.
6. You promise that the submission is your original work and does not incorporate the work of anyone else or infringe the rights of any person.

WHAT IS SUNRISE?
Sunrise is an event that will seek to discover the "undiscovered" film. Sunrise provides an opportunity for good ideas to be heard by bringing the Australian film industry together at all levels. There is currently worldwide recognition of our film achievements and it is important that we help our industry continue to grow by nurturing and directing emerging talent.

You never know where the next Australian feature film success may come from. Producers, directors and various industry decision makers will have the chance to hear your new ideas which could lead to the next Strictly Ballroom.

Sunrise will provide the energy, support and enthusiasm to help create the path that could lead to your big opening night. All pictures tell a story but it takes a great story to make a brilliant picture! It all starts with ideas.
