IF YOU DIDN'T WIN BUT WANT TO GO. . . .

AiC is looking for 5 people to video the conferences. You don't have to be professional cameramen, but must have your own Digital Video Camera & Tripod. AiC needs one person to attend and video each of the five conferences. AiC will pay for the DV Tapes.
You get to go to the conference free of charge, but will be required to video everything. This exercise is purely for internal training at AiC, and doesn't have to be broadcast standard. As long as it's competent / in focus etc. etc. it'll do the job for us.
